Privacy Policy

Blooms by Roseli is a small handmade-flower shop in Santa Familia, Cayo, Belize. We collect as little about you as a flower shop possibly can, and this page says exactly what that is.

What we collect

If you send the custom-order form, we receive what you type into it: your name, how to reach you, and what you would like made.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and your messages — the same as any WhatsApp conversation. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

That is the whole list. The site has no user accounts, takes no payments, and asks for nothing else.

How we use it

To answer you, quote your piece, make it, and get it to you. Nothing else — your details are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

A few services help us run things: Cloudflare protects and passes along the order form, and the form is delivered to our inbox by an email service. Our pages and posts also appear on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, which are Meta and TikTok platforms governed by their own policies when you visit us there.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as device type and approximate location; what we see is aggregate numbers, never your identity. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site works exactly the same. We set no advertising trackers; if we ever add any, this page will be updated first.

Keeping and removing your information

Order details are kept only as long as we need them to make and deliver your piece (and remember your colors for next time). Ask us any time to see what we have about you or to delete it — a WhatsApp message or an email is enough.

Children

The site is meant for people old enough to order flowers. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
